We’re located in a gated community with plenty of parking, a pool and clubhouse. Best candidates work outside of the home, are quiet, neat and considerate. Ideal for healthcare professionals as there are four hospitals and many doctor offices nearby. $43K/yr minimum income, rental history, $55 non refundable third party credit and criminal background checks required. No tv is in the common area to promote a tranquil environment (bring one for your room, if desired) and all personal belongings must be stored in your room.
