This bedroom is part of a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhome. This is a gated community which has a 24-hour gym, computer lab with free printing, a saltwater pool, free tanning, and more. You can view all of their community features on their website, linked in the comments below. Residents must be a student at a nearby college, either UNCC or CPCC. This is off-campus student housing. You will be initiating a Lease Takeover in order to obtain this bedroom. Furniture is included! This covers your bed frame and mattress (double), desk, a cushioned chair and two sets of dressers for a total of four drawers. Cable, internet, water, trash and sewer are all included in the Utilities. Electricity is covered by rent but if you exceed the $40 limit, you will charged the amount that it has gone over. The bedroom available is called Bedroom A. It is located downstairs off of the living room and right next to the kitchen. This is also the largest room in the unit. The closet is pretty big and has a shelf as well. The other three bedrooms, as well as the laundry room, are upstairs. This unit is at the end of one of the streets so there are always extra parking spaces. Located right behind the leasing office makes it easy so you don't have to drive up to get your mail or use the amenities - one minute walking distance, if that even. The tenants living in the three bedrooms upstairs are all very kind and welcoming. They aren't here most of the time so it's usually pretty quiet. All three are girls and would prefer if another girl moves in to take my place. Pets are welcomed but an additional pet rent and pet fee apply. SUMMARY: 1 bedroom 1 bath available in a 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome. This is for students only. All utilities are included, electricity is covered up to $40 a month.
