A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will be withdrawn from your booking account.
