As you walk into your new home, you will find a comfortable living room where you can relax and settle in for movie night with your friends and family. As you continue, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and dining table with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and everything else you may need for a comfortable and convenient stay. For your convenience, you will find an in-unit washer and dryer in one of the three bathrooms. Finally, as you head into the fully fenced backyard you will have plenty of room and enjoy your time on a nice day. With top-notch amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, you will have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Payment will be requested for damages to any items or to the property. There’s a $500 fee for guests that smoke marijuana and leave the house stinking. We are not responsible for items left behind. Please clean dishes after use and turn off AC when not in use. Please keep the house in good condition.
