The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a fourth bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed. Two full bathrooms and one half bath ensure ample space for guests. Entertainment options include DISH Network, a smart TV, and a game console. Currently, there is no Internet, but efforts are underway to establish a connection soon. A $150 non-refundable pet fee plus tax is applicable only if your pet is approved at the time of booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. There is a 2-car concrete driveway directly in front of the townhouse. Beech Mountain is a year-round destination for outdoor enthusiasts. In winter, enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Beech Mountain Resort. During warmer months, hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and nearby lakes await. The quiet mountain setting provides a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and activities. The townhouse is approximately 1 mile from the entrance to the Ski Beech Ski Resort and about 10 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. The closest grocery store is Fred's General Store on the mountain, with additional options like Food Lion in Banner Elk and several grocery stores and a Walmart Supercenter in Boone. The Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off the main roads quickly in the winter months, but it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months, bringing snow chains is highly recommended. The stairs in the townhouse are very steep, so ensure that children, especially toddlers, are careful and use handrails. Small pets are approved on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee. Parties that may result in damage to the townhouse or any of its contents are not allowed.
