The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Please be aware that marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. A camera is installed outside the entryway for security reasons, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place within the apartment. Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Any property damage will be charged to the guest. If the property is left extremely dirty, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee.
