The large and airy dining room can comfortably seat 16 people and is equipped with 2 high chairs. Amenities include a large flatscreen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, AC, heating, an indoor fireplace, a patio, a BBQ grill, a playground, and a fully equipped laundry room. Cribs are available upon request. Suffern, NY, is a beautiful scenic neighborhood rich in history and the gateway to the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area. Take a drive around to see famous landmarks, such as Suffern’s Tavern and Lafayette Theatre. There will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed. All outdoor amenities are only available around May 15 through September 1. Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, Monday and Thursday. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. An unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur a $300 penalty fee.
