On the second floor with a private elevator and the original front of building walk up for access- with a large back yard and spacious deck off the new architect designed kitchen built for a woman who loves to cook and entertain- she has a table that opens to seat 10 people. There are state-of-the-art appliances, totally stocked and ready to entertain. I love the microwave drawer. It is light bright open and airy yet private and quiet. The deck off the kitchen overlooks the large grassy back yard surrounded by trees which block the neighbors entirely.
