With 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks as well as boat mooring for renters: dock your boat 30 feet offshore, swim or kayak to boat and launch from renters dock! This property sits just 5-miles south of charming downtown Skaneateles Village - chock full of unique shopping and delicious dining.
