I am have an unfurnished room for rent in the first floor of the house. The bathroom in the first floor is shared with two other tenants from two other rooms in the first floor. The room is $700/month with all utility included. The security deposit is $700. To move in first month and security deposit is required after background, previous rentals check with submission of paystubs/bank statements No pet, no smoking and no drugs are allowed in the house. Single tenant is preferred for long term rental. All current occupants of the house are males.
