Total amount to move in is $3,120 which includes your first month's rent and a Security Deposit. Two references plus proof of income are required. NO PETS. IMPORTANT NOTE: Either party may terminate the handshake agreement with a MINIMUM of 30 days' written notice - email is acceptable. Once written notice is given the final month's rent and utilities need not be paid on the 1st of the final month of residence - it will be deducted from your Security Deposit. The balance of your Security Deposit will be reimbursed once you surrender your keys and vacate, after deductions for the final month's utilities, Wi-Fi (if chosen), and repairs if required.
