IMPORTANT NOTE: Either party may terminate the handshake agreement with a MINIMUM of 30 days' written notice - email is acceptable. Once written notice is given the final month's rent and utilities need not be paid on the 1st of the final month of residence - it will be deducted from your Security Deposit. The balance of your Security Deposit will be reimbursed once you surrender your keys and vacate, after deductions for the final month's utilities, Wi-Fi (if chosen), and repairs if required.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING indoors and doing so is cause for eviction.
