Developed in partnership with Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS), Highridge Gardens is a cutting edge affordable and supportive housing development. Highridge is a combination of 24 units of workforce housing and 50 congregate supportive housing units. Kearney Group and RSS have on-site staff that manage the building and tenant needs. Individuals can enjoy the independence of private and affordable apartments, while remaining connected to services and staff to help residents thrive. We begin with working with each resident to develop an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to map their goals and determine the services and resources needed to achieve them.
