About Potsdam Main Street Apartments

Garden Apartments with studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units. All units have a full bathroom and a kitchen along with other amenities depending on unit and rate. All utilities, except for Internet and Cable, are included in the rental amount. Most units have been totally renovated and or upgraded. Lots of off street parking available. We have new laundry facilities on site. We have a full time onsite maintenance manager working Monday thru Friday and on call as required for emergencies. We are located across the street from SUNY Potsdam and on the bus route as well. We are also located about 2 miles from Clarkson University and 1.2 miles from the Village Center.
