We have a range of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, some with 16’ high vaulted ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light in the living rooms. Some apartments come with indoor-outdoor balconies and most first floor apartments have outside patios. Residents pay for electricity and water. Heat, garbage removal, recycling, landscaping and snow removal are all included. Ample off-street parking is also included in the rent. And for the budget conscious, we charge for the apartment, not by the person living there. So having a roommate will lower everyone’s rent.
