An in-unit washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee and must be registered with the building. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days, with fees invoiced prior to the service. Work from home with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
