This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable double-sized bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and fridge/freezer. The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
