The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, making it easy to feel at home. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a seasonal increase to $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $250 to $350 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. Furniture and decor may vary from the online photos as updates are made periodically. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
