Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating/air conditioning units, and windows for natural light. The well-equipped kitchen includes a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove, with a small dining table and chairs for meals. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, packages can be received without issue.
