In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests. For long-term leases over 6 months, a VOE letter and a copy of the current paycheck are required. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes occur periodically. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
