This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and an electric plate, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels through Roku streaming TV. Pets are welcome with a fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Parking in the area can be challenging, but there are paid parking garages and lots in the vicinity. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a higher rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online due to periodic updates. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties, gatherings, loud music, or smoking are allowed, with penalties for violations. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
