Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and the other a full-size bed. You'll also find a closet, heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows in each room. The living room includes a convertible sofa bed, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Clean linens and towels are provided. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month, with a rate of $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.
