Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
