The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a seasonal rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. The stove is currently not functioning, and we are awaiting repairs. A window unit AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend. For stays between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance for a smooth check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Furniture and decor may vary from online photos, as updates are made periodically. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. No smoking, parties, or loud music are allowed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
