Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as we periodically update and refresh the decor. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. No smoking, no parties, and no loud music are allowed.
