You'll find ample storage space and everything you need to settle in and live comfortably. Utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet are not included in the monthly rent and cost $330 per month, with a rate of $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $250 to $350. Situated in the heart of the Upper East Side, the neighborhood boasts famous designer stores, renowned restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Nearby attractions include Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum. The area is convenient with drug stores, nail salons, post offices, banks, and more just minutes away. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is steps away, and the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 crosstown bus are within walking distance, making it easy to travel around the city. Check-in must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 10 PM and $100 after midnight. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. In some cases, the minimum stay between June 1st and September 1st is 90 days. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
