This gorgeous unit is located on the second floor, is approximately 1340 sq ft, has vaulted ceilings with skylights, and backs up to woods. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, contains a large master bedroom with walk in closet, master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, guest bedroom, guest/common bathroom with shower tub, and an office. It also has a balcony that is private and overlooks the woods and distant driving range. The unit has an electric stove, standard refrigerator, new washer and dryer, new forced air heating/cooling, large hot water tank, and electric grill. There are two assigned parking spots with plenty of guest parking, a community pool open in the summer, and a tennis/pickleball court available for use year-round. The community has a no pet policy except for emotional support / therapy animals, which require an extra deposit and monthly fee.
