With a strong foundation rooted in East Atlantic Beach, I’ve spent my life honing my skills, passions, and expertise to provide a full-service real estate experience that goes above and beyond. I graduated from Long Beach High School, completed my studies at State University at Oneonta, and later pursued further education at LIU to sit for the CPA exam. However, after discovering that the world of numbers didn’t ignite my passion, I made a life-changing decision to follow my true calling: helping people achieve their real estate dreams.
Through personal experience in strength training and yoga, I learned the value of balance, focus, and well-being — lessons I’ve carried into my real estate practice. I specialize in not just helping people buy or sell homes but also in guiding clients through the process of becoming savvy investors and first-time homebuyers. My goal is to ensure that the process is as seamless, stress-free, and profitable as possible.
Currently, I quasi-manage 24 properties, serving as the go-to point of contact for many clients who are not local. I handle everything from securing properties to flipping rentals — overseeing the entire process of cleaning, repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and marketing. I also screen potential tenants, checking credit, employment, and references, to ensure my clients can attract the right individuals and close deals with confidence. And my services don’t stop once the deal is done: I continue to support clients as tenants often reach out to me with property-related issues, providing peace of mind and ensuring smooth operations.
