You also have exclusive access to your own spacious basement which has tons of room for storage, as well as washer & dryer hookups for your convenience. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, & snow removal. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet, etc. $995 first month’s rent & $995 security deposit are due at lease signing. $20 application fee per adult will be paid by the applicant directly to the background check/credit check company.
