Amenities include: individually controlled heating and AC, off street parking, a semi-private entrance, common laundry facilities, a refuse room on each floor, and a bike storage room. In addition, there is a lobby and tv/community room serviced by an elevator. Due the development's placement in Liberty, New York there is shopping and a highway close-by. Chestnut Street Apartments is a no pet complex; however, individuals with disabilities may request a reasonable accommodation for service animals and assistance animals, including emotional support animals. The application deadline is August 10th, 2020. The lottery will take place at the Liberty Public Library on August 17th, 2020. All applicants are invited to attend the lottery; however, their absence does not disqualify them from being entered into the lottery.
