It has shared kitchen, living room & dining room amenities. Dining table and living room couches are in one huge space. Kitchen is huge and updated with new floor, countertop and appliances. There is WiFi but no TV. Apartment PEACEFUL AND QUIET, is close to buses, groceries and only few miles (about 5 miles) from JFK. etc. We have RING security cameras outside the property. There are lots of street parking. Easy public transportation and close to Sutphin & Archer subway station, restaurants, airports. Easy access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island by train or bus. Bedroom is on the second floor, living room & dining room are on the first floor. Kitchen is updated with new floor, quartz countertop, appliances. Stove has convection mechanism and Air fryer. Room can take up to 4 guests, however, for same day check in of more than 2 guests, especially if booked after 9 PM, please call us after confirmation (1 hour notice) so that we will be on the same page for your check in. Room is always set up for one. If two to four guests are booking, we will add extra towel sets and complimentary bottles of water. We always need at least 30 minutes notice before arrival. We do not allow meetings or parties in the house. Visitors cannot stay more than one hour and cannot use the dining room, living room or any upstairs bathrooms. Please note that apartment is partially furnished because it is waiting to be rented. There are couches in the living room. Only the front yard is available to guests. Please note that we spread old leaves on our yard to mulch the grass. THE ENTIRE ROOM/APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE. ONLY ONE BLOCK FROM SUTPHIN BLVD, AND BAISLEY PARK; FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SEE SOME ACTIVITIES, GROCERIES, RESTAURANTS, BUSES, ETC. A VERY GOOD COMBINATION.
