On the first floor of this Cape Code there is a living room, dining room, Kitchen, batg room and bedroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The laundry machines are in the basement. This is a very nice home with a long driveway for parking (no charge). It is a short walk to the Cornell campus, especially near the Engineering School and the Law School. Two students have rented so far, we are looking for one more! $1,350/month plus utilities
