Llenroc Welcomes Cornell students for 2025-2026 Llenroc (Cornell spelled backwards) is Ezra Cornell’s historic mansion located at 100 Cornell Avenue, just minutes from Cornell University's West Campus. The mansion has historically been the home of the Delta Phi fraternity, but starting fall 2025, it will be open for leasing to Cornell University students as off-campus housing. Single rates start at $12020 for a 9 month academic year lease. Double and triple rates are available for as low as $8136 for the academic year. All utilities, internet, cable TV, cleaning service, and laundry machines are included. Parking is available.
