The apartment is centrally located in Herkimer, not to far from Walmart & surrounding businesses! We are looking for $1,100 a month, utilities not included and a $1000 security deposit is required. (Pet deposit if applicable) We do handle the lawn care, but snow removal will be on you. On the first floor, there is a full kitchen, dining & living room space. On the second floor, you will find the three bedrooms & bathroom. Washer and dryer hookup are available in the basement (the previous tenant did leave an almost brand new set to use-this washer and dryer is as it is and we will not handle any required maintenance). There is no smoking inside the apartment. The driveway, entrances, porch and the basement are all separate/private. If you have any other questions or would like to setup a showing, just let us know!
