Plus, with all utilities included, you'll have one less thing to worry about. $1,150/Month, $1,150/Security Deposit -Utilities include: Gas, electricity, water, trash removal We require income verification, credit, and background checks. We're also happy to welcome cats with a pet screening process that includes a $300 non-refundable deposit and a $50 monthly fee. All residents are required to maintain a valid renters insurance policy throughout the duration of the lease term. Proof of coverage must be submitted to and verified by the Landlord prior to the commencement of the move-in process. This policy must be issued by a licensed third-party provider and must explicitly name the Landlord as an 'Additional Interested Party' or 'Interested Party.
