The rent includes: Kerosene oil heat, LP cooking gas, sewer/water usage, snow removal, lawn care, trash pick-up and up to $100/month of electric service. Spectrum cable TV/WiFi service is available. Cable is not included in the rent. Wi-Fi is included. Two televisions, kitchen utensils, a propane gas stove in the living room, and window air conditioners are also included. Bed and bath linens are not included. The first month rent of $1,695 plus $1,695 security deposit are required upon signing the lease and prior to occupancy.
