About Hickory Hill Estates

Hickory Hill apartments currently 2 bedroom upper unit available for rent- Move in for Mid November! The apartment comes with stove, dish washer, and fridge. The common area has washer and dryer for laundry. This unit have forced air and forced heat. The Property Manager takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, water and gas. These apartments are a short 5-minute drive to the town of East Aurora and all that it has to offer! Pets are allowed, dogs have a 35 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable admin fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional fee per animal per month. two animal per apartment. Tenants pay for electric.
