This is a student rental, and you must be a SUNY DELHI student to apply. The apartment is easy walking distance to school in a quiet residential neighborhood. Looking for three female students for school year 2024-2025 to share apartment. You must sign a lease for the entire school year. This apartment is part of the main house but has a separate entrance. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed. No Smoking of any kind. Rent is $2,800/semester per student (which equals $700/month per student). There is a deposit of $500 required at signing of lease. Lease is only for the full school year. Rent includes all utilities including WiFi, gas, electric, heat, garbage removal. NO PETS. The apartment is fully furnished. No Cable TV is provided. ENTIRE $2,800 IS DUE FROM EACH STUDENT IN FULL AT THE START OF EACH SEMESTER. PLEASE NOTE: If you like to have parties, play loud music, or are a member of a sorority, do not apply for this rental. It is not for you. This will be strictly enforced.
