Greene Park and a block from the C and G trains, this building is one of the most sought after places to live in Fort Greene. this building was built in 1928 and still retains some of its beautiful art deco charm with amazing tiled, cement floral geometric patterns and lovely polished brass door facial plates in the lobby.
