Recently renovated six family building. I have four properties on this block. New doors, electricity, plumbing, wood floors, new windows, etc. Apartment located one block from Wilson Ave. station on the "L" line. B20, and B60 buses stop right on the corner of Wilson and Decatur St. The apartment is full of sunlight and is a typical "railroad style" with two entrances. Owner on property seven days a week. The exterminator comes every first Sunday of the month for prophylactic extermination. The building is very quiet.
