Welcome to Bovina House, a charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath Catskills home full of character where you'll feel at home. Thoughtfully styled with a blend of modern simplicity and vintage touches, it’s ideal for families, friends, or solo stays. Enjoy a warm, inviting space designed for comfort and relaxation. This home, built in 1900 with updated interiors and original character, features a cozy living room with an adjacent office/workspace, a country kitchen with original cabinetry and essential cookware, and a mudroom with a washer and dryer. There is a Solo Stove fire pit for evenings outdoors and views of fields, woods, and local wildlife. One dog is allowed with prior approval and a fee. Located in the heart of historic Bovina Center, this home is walkable to local spots and a short drive to Andes, Delhi, and Roxbury. It's close to farms, hiking, and scenic Catskills drives. A short walk down the street brings you to a library, playground, and general store. Brushland Eating House is 52 feet away and Russel General Store is .2 miles away. Clementine Vintage Clothing, Carlista Shop + Studios, Hawk & Hive, and Diamond Hollow Books are 7 miles away. The Stonehouse, This & That, Stone & Sawyer, and Bushel Collective are 10 miles away.
