Our 55 and older Hidden View Senior Apartment complex is conveniently located on East Main Street in Bloomfield, NY. This is a quiet country community with lots of amenities within walking distance including the Big M Supermarket, Canandaigua National Bank, Post Office, Flower Shop, Bakery, Mini Mart with Dunkin Donuts, Ice Cream Shop, Antique Shop and Restaurants. We currently have a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 740sf second floor apartment that is bright with nice views. Our apartment complex has Coin Operated Laundry in each building, storage units in the basements, lots of parking and large lawn areas. The rent includes heat, water/sewer and garbage disposal. The tenant only pays for electric. We have a full-time staff to attend to cleaning, maintenance, lawn care and snow removal. No pets and smokers need not apply.
