26 Bigelow St Apartments

This is an updated apartment that is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. It has a living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Appliances are relatively new, with washer and dryer located in a spacious basement with private storage. There is a small front porch as well as a back deck area looking out on a small, partially-shaded, fenced backyard. The house sits above street level providing noise reduction. The tenant's main entrance is the front door. On-street parking. Pictures are actually of other unit, but the appartments mirror each other I offer a one-month, renewable lease agreement, with a 30-day notice of not renewing. Water and sewer are part of rent. Electricity, matural gas, and garbage removal are NOT included in rent. Evidence of renter's insurance is expected at time of occupancy and upon request. Smoking of any sort is strictly prohibited in the apartment or on the porch/deck areas. Snow removal from the front steps and the short sidewalk area is the tenant's responsibility.
