Owner has also installed new bedroom and bathroom doors,including all door knobs and hinges,as well as new closet lights. Finally,all electrical wiring and water pipes have been updated,and the master bathroom has a new sink,cabinet,and mirrors. Regarding pets,the preference is for no pets in the home. However,tenants may have a maximum of 2 small pets provided they pay $100 a month per pet. The landlord is requesting at least a one-year lease. After the first year,a month-to-month lease can be requested at a higher rate of rent. Lastly,a washer and dryer hookup will be installed in the sunroom within 2 months of occupancy.
