Bedrooms (one larger master and decent-size second bedroom) are symmetrically located in the back of the house at the end of the hallway, away from the Bell. Bedrooms are very comfortable, with lots of natural light and can fit queen size bed, table, TV and drawer dresser. Both have fitted closets (wall to wall in master br. and average size in the other). Large spacious bathrooms are symmetrically located next to the bedrooms, entered from the hallway. Both have its own sink, shower and toilet. Kitchen and living room are spacious and connected with an island. Kitchen includes microwave and can fit small and large appliances easily. The island is large enough to prepare meals comfortably. Living room is very spacious and well designed to fit 2 couches, middle table and TV. Small closet next to kitchen can fit jackets and shoes or other things. Wide balcony faces the front. Heating is from central air conditioner (summer or winter). Dishwasher or washing machine are not allowed (small tabletop dishwasher may be negotiated). Laundromat is 3 doors down the Bell. Location: Apartment is in a prime location. LIRR is 1 min walking distance (25 min to Manhattan and 5 min to Great Neck) and Northern Boulevard is 3 min. With drive, Cross Island Parkway is 3 min, LI expressway is 5 min, Bay Terrace shopping center is 5 min, and big grocery stores (Walmart etc) are 15 min away. Crocheron Park is 12 min walk. Parking is available on Bell and in parallel streets. For whom: considerate people like a couple or 2 people (interns/residents/friends) living together. Rent: 2400$/month, starting July 1st (flexible move-in in July). Tenant pays gas and electric. No brokerage or real estate agent fee. Security deposit (1 month rent) and first month rent, paid at the time of agreement.
