There is plenty of parking in the driveway and the views are exceptional. There is a weekly trash pickup as well as wifi. The upstairs is currently unoccupied so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Utilities are not currently included so that the renter may have the option of controling their own use. Should someone want to include utilities in the monthly rental cost then we can negotiate a price. This apartment will only be available for six months.
