Relax in bed or on the sofa to read, work, or take in a movie. The fully functioning and equipped kitchen is perfect for meals at home, and there is a built-in dining nook for eating indoors. If you’d prefer an outdoor atmosphere, there is a small private courtyard with two seats and a small table. There is a clothes washer but no dryer, only a drying rack. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and free private parking for one vehicle are available for the most carefree stay possible. Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. Located on highly desirable Canyon Rd, you are within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, theaters, and experiences such as the local farmer’s market and free concerts in both the Railyard and Plaza. The neighborhood is safe and classically Santa Fean in every way. A park on the East end of the street compliments the restaurants and galleries to be found toward the West. At about a mile from the plaza, you can walk along the river path or down Canyon Road to explore the shopping, eating, museums and general historical charm of downtown without any hassle. Hiking and mountain biking trails can all be found within a little more than a mile or so of the residence. For winter sports or just a view from the top, the Santa Fe Ski Basin is a beautiful meander about thirty minutes up the mountain and into the aspens. Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. Santa Fe was voted one of America's Top Rated Walking Cities. Santa Fe has public transportation called Santa Fe Trails Bus Service. Uber & Lyft rides can easily be arranged in Santa Fe using their apps. Metered parking spots in downtown Santa Fe cost $2.00 an hour and are in operation from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. If evidence of a pet is found at the property you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas. There is one parking space that can accommodate a regular-sized truck. Anything larger than a 1/2 ton truck will need to park in the public parking across the street on Canyon Rd.
