Located on a quiet private road that is off of Hwy 14 (aka the turquoise trail), you will love the serenity, yet it's a quick and easy 15 minute drive to get into town (Santa Fe). You'll find that this location also provides you with easy access to the fun and funky town of Madrid, as well as easy access to I-25 if you're a commuter. This guest unit has recently been completely renovated. It offers an amazingly spacious, cedar-lined walk-in closet, where you will also find the washer / dryer unit. Enjoy the roomy, full bath with cozy bath linens, marble countertop and a jetted, Jacuzzi tub with a hand-held shower head. There also is a dedicated workspace for your computer and work related needs. One of the rooms is a combination sitting, dining, and kitchenette area. The kitchenette is fully equipped (3.3 cu. ft. fridge / freezer, convection microwave oven (can bake, broil or microwave in it), 2-burner cooktop, kitchen sink, dishes, serving pieces, flatware, basic pots and pans, etc). This room also has a 2-person bistro set for dinning, a 32" flat screen TV (including a streaming device and power antenna for your viewing pleasure) and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom offers one queen bed, two nightstands, a rocking chair and a reading chair. All utilities are INCLUDED (propane, water, electric). Internet / wi-fi is INCLUDED (25 mbps). Wi-Fi calling is utilized for cell service. This is a non-smoking property. The guest unit is completely self-service and no consumables are included. 6 month lease, which can potentially be extended, if agreeable to both parties. Perfect for a solo working professional or traveling health care provider. No pets. 1 month security deposit required when the lease is signed ($1,600). There is a $40 tenant screening fee, which provides a credit report, criminal report and an eviction report. A minimum credit score of 690 is required. The guest unit is not available unfurnished. Maximum occupancy is 1. If this ad is up, the guest unit is available for rent. Won't respond to "is this available".
