Here are some of the perks: * Complementary Coffee and Snacks * Vivint security system * Keyless entry (you will have a pin to enter the house) * Bidet (in the restroom) * Water Softener (New Mexico has hard water) * Washer * Dryer * 55 Inch TV * Roku accessibility * Dresser * Huge closet * Shared Refrigerator with another house guest * Ceiling Fan * Access to the fully furnished kitchen with: a dishwasher, microwave, and many appliances! I work remotely. I am home all day with my dog Copper & Penny (unless they are going to doggy daycare) they are wonderful to be around and has very high energy and love meeting new people! They only bark at things they don't know and become calm after that. The house is also smoke-free. Things to do nearby: Grocery shopping, restaurants, and other stores are 10 minutes away. Hospitals, a brand new Defined Fitness nearby, and a Bosque Brewery with amazing views of the Rio Grande River and Sangre de Christo Mountains. There are mountain trails within 20 minutes! Rent includes utilities and WIFI. REQUIRED FOR MOVE-IN: 1st Month's Rent and $500 Cleaning/Damage Deposit. $300 of Cleaning/Damage Deposit will not be refunded and used for cleaning/repairs (Prearrival and Departure) cleaning during stay is the tenant's responsibility. ***Additional guests: $15/night*** Additional guests will not be allowed on property without authorization of the Owner. ***I have decided to not accept pets at this time.*** YOU MUST SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT LEASE.
