Please review the information below for a detailed breakdown of fees associated with the rental of this property. -$50 Application Fee (Paid with Application) -$1600.00 Security Deposit (Due with Application Fee) -$1600.00 Rent (Due the 1st of each month, pro-rated 1st months rent based on move in date) -$30 Pet Application fee per pet. Pet rent will be anywhere from $40 per month to $100 per month. -5% of the monthly rent Late Fee. (Charged for any rent amount unpaid by the 5th day of the month. -$75 NSF Fee (non sufficient funds charged for any returned payment) -If the Resident gives Written notice to vacate before the termination date, he/she will be responsible for the rent payments until the property is rented or the lease expires whichever occurs first.
