Pet rent will range from $40.00 - $100.00 per month -5 % of the monthly rent late fee (Charged for any rent amount unpaid by the 5th of the month) - $75 NSF Fee (non-sufficient charged for any returned payment) - If the Resident gives Written notice to vacate before the termination date, they will be responsible for the rent payments until the property is rented or the lease expires whichever occurs first. In addition, the Resident will be responsible for the subsequent leasing fee as determined by the current rate charged by BKA plus tax, and other customary expenses such as utilities & rekeying. - All applicants must go through Pet Screening.
