Large 2br 1.5 bath Condo with finished basement on lush park grounds - no realtor fee My husband and I have lived in this condo for almost 9 years now. Recently something came up and we have to move as soon as possible. My agreement with our LL is that we will advertise to find a replacement tenant before leaving. The Wyndmore Condominium is truly a beautifully maintained community. Clean, manicured and so, so green. Our unit is on the ground floor and in the very back of the grounds, facing the Warren State Park. I can walk out my door, over the hill and be in the park. It's quiet. You can literally hear the crickets during summer nights. The walls are well insulated and you don't hear the neighbors. That being said, the next-door neighbors are lovely people and long time residents like us. It's safe. I take late night walks in the community all the time without any concern for my safety. It's a large size condo including a living-room/dining room combination, an L shaped kitchen off the dining room and a hallway leading to the bathroom (tub and double sinks), very large master bedroom and decent size second bedroom. There are large sliding closets in the bedrooms and the hallway, a good size linen closet and there is a big pantry off the kitchen. The entrance, kitchen and of course bathroom is tiled and rest is carpeted (which had a routine deep cleaning a month ago) My favorite part of the apartment is the big windows that bathe the rooms in light all day and show off the trees and greenery outside as well as the occasional deer, bird and other wildlife. There is a tiled finished basement with a half bath and laundry (large washer and drier which were replaced less than 2 years ago). This space is almost as large as the footprint upstairs. The kitchen has gas stove, regular size fridge and a dish washer. There is room for a small table or bench on the opposite wall. There is an assigned parking spot close to the apartment and lots of guest spots. For a reasonable fee there is also additional storage units in the basement common area. There are two picnic areas with gas grills and playgrounds and the Tennis court was recently redone. A man from the community gives tennis classes to residents in the community in the summer time. Transportation is great in Woodbridge. You are less than 10 minutes away from Route 440, NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Route 1 & 9. The Woodbridge Mall is 5 minutes away, as is Wegman's, Lowe's, Home Depot and Walmart. Route 1 has everything you could possibly need. The Woodbridge train station is a 3 minute drive or 15 min walk. There is also a Manhattan express bus that stops right at the entrance to the community. Rent is $1600 per month. 1.5 Months security deposit. The LL lives locally and is very attentive.
