Fully equipped kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, open outdoor shower, covered parking for two vehicles. Tenants supply own bed linens, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels & beach towels.(King, queen, 2 twins). Per Seaside Heights, primary occupant executing rental agreement must be 25 years or older and must occupy property during the rental term. No group or prom rentals permitted. NO VAPING OR SMOKING, No Grill. 4 Beach Badges and 4 beach chairs included & MUST be returned at end of stay. Any badge missing/stolen/damaged, seasonal price of badge will be deducted from security deposit. Security deposit $650, cleaning $200,
